Reviews written in other languages are translated automatically, and Manten prepares a polite draft reply. You check it, edit it if you like, and approve — and your reply is posted straight to your Google review.

Only the replies you approve are ever posted. Nothing goes out without you, so you stay in control of every response.

The screens are available in English, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Korean.
